Payment Method
This page explains payment arrangements for Dewvella purchases. The seller is Huizhou Zhenghaihui Trading Co., Ltd..
1. Available Payment Options
Use the payment options offered for your order at checkout. Depending on your location, device, currency, and provider eligibility, available options may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
An option is available for your order only if it appears in the checkout payment interface. Please use a payment method that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use.
2. Currency, Taxes, and Total Charges
Review the transaction currency, item prices, discounts, delivery charge, and taxes collected at checkout before submitting your order. Any optional paid addition requires your agreement.
If your payment account uses another currency, your provider may apply its own conversion rate or transaction fee. Such provider charges are separate from the amount collected by Dewvella. Import charges that may be collected separately are addressed in our Shipping Information.
3. Authorization and Order Processing
A payment provider may authorize funds before completing a charge. A pending authorization can reduce your available balance even though the transaction has not yet settled. Payment processing and any unused authorization's release depend on the provider and the transaction status.
We process orders after payment confirmation and any necessary verification. An automated payment or order acknowledgement does not, by itself, confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you and arrange release of the authorization or repayment of the amount collected, as appropriate. We will not collect an increased price without your agreement.
4. Declined, Duplicate, or Unrecognized Payments
If payment fails, check the billing details and contact your payment provider where needed. Before submitting another order, check for an order confirmation or pending transaction to avoid duplicate purchases.
For a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge, email support@dewvella.com with the order number, transaction date, and amount. You remain free to contact your bank or payment provider and exercise any applicable payment dispute rights.
5. Handling Payment Information
Enter payment credentials only through the checkout payment interface. Payments are handled by the providers involved in your selected payment method, under their applicable processing and privacy arrangements.
Do not email full card details, card security codes, login credentials, or verification codes to us. Our Privacy Policy explains the order and transaction information used in operating the store.
6. Refunds
Our Return Policy sets out refund eligibility, return costs, and processing arrangements. Approved refunds go to the original payment method unless another lawful method is expressly agreed with you. A provider's additional posting time does not extend a statutory deadline applicable to Dewvella.
