Terms of service

These Terms govern use of https://dewvella.com/ and purchases from Dewvella. The website and store are operated by Huizhou Zhenghaihui Trading Co., Ltd., referred to as “Dewvella”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.

Please review these Terms and the policies relevant to your order before buying. The Payment Method, Shipping Information, Return Policy, and Intellectual Property Rights pages form part of the applicable shopping arrangements. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. Nothing in these documents removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 1 — WHO MAY USE THE STORE

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. A minor may use the website only with appropriate supervision and permission, and a purchase must be made by a person legally able to contract.

Use the website and products lawfully. Provide information you are entitled to use and use only authorized payment methods.

SECTION 2 — STORE ACCESS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

You may use the website for ordinary browsing, shopping, and managing purchases. We may make reasonable changes to store features and take proportionate steps to protect the website, comply with the law, or prevent fraud and abuse.

Access restrictions must have a lawful basis and do not cancel obligations we already owe in connection with accepted orders, refunds, or statutory rights.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COSMETIC USE

Review the description, selected shade, quantity, price, and relevant product directions before buying. Product images can appear different because of lighting, screen settings, and individual skin tone. Cosmetic appearance also varies with application and personal characteristics.

Our makeup products are offered for their stated cosmetic use. Descriptions of brightening or concealing concern appearance and do not promise treatment of a medical condition or identical results for everyone. Follow the product's directions and ingredient information. Contact us if necessary information is unclear before you purchase.

These explanations do not excuse a product that is unsafe, faulty, or materially different from its description.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

Prices, stock, and offers may change for future orders. Such a change does not retrospectively increase the price of an accepted order. Before paying, review the transaction currency, delivery charges, taxes collected, and any applicable offer conditions.

Optional paid additions require your agreement. A discount applies on the conditions disclosed when you order.

SECTION 5 — AVAILABILITY AND ORDER LIMITS

Availability depends on the selected product, quantity, and destination. We may apply reasonable quantity limits or decline an order for a genuine stock, payment, legal, or fraud-prevention reason.

We will inform you if we cannot supply an ordered item. We will not substitute another product or materially change an order without your agreement. Amounts already collected for an order we cannot fulfill will be returned as required.

SECTION 6 — PLACING AND ACCEPTING ORDERS

Submitting an order is a request to purchase on the terms shown. An automatic acknowledgement records receipt of that request. Unless applicable law or our express communication provides otherwise, we accept an order when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

If payment was collected before acceptance and we cannot accept the order, we will notify you and refund that payment. The rights arising from a contract formed earlier under applicable law are unaffected by this acceptance provision.

Keep your order confirmation and copies of the policies and promises that applied when you ordered.

SECTION 7 — ACCOUNT DETAILS AND PAYMENTS

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and tell us promptly about a relevant correction. Keep account credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized use.

Available payment methods, currencies, provider charges, and payment problems are addressed in Payment Method. Payment authorization and collection depend on the selected method and transaction status. Never send full payment credentials or verification codes to customer support.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Information sets out destinations, charges, order preparation, estimated transit, tracking, and import arrangements. Any specific delivery promise agreed for an order forms part of that order's terms.

Contact us about a material delay, missing parcel, or damaged delivery. We will assist with the appropriate investigation and remedy. Handing a parcel to a carrier does not, by itself, remove responsibilities that the law places on the seller.

SECTION 9 — CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Our Return Policy explains the 14-day return request period, cosmetic hygiene conditions, return costs, and refund procedure. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel before dispatch.

Voluntary return conditions do not restrict statutory withdrawal, inspection, refund, or defect rights. A lawful right to notify cancellation is not conditional on prior customer service approval. We honor any more favorable return promise forming part of your purchase.

SECTION 10 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Protected material on the website belongs to its respective rights holder. You may keep information needed for personal shopping and your purchase records, and make other uses the law permits. Commercial use of protected material requires the appropriate permission.

Purchasing goods does not grant a licence to impersonate Dewvella, use protected branding commercially, or reproduce third-party content unlawfully. Our Intellectual Property Rights page explains permitted use and the contact process for concerns.

SECTION 11 — REVIEWS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

Only submit material you are entitled to provide. Reviews should reflect the contributor's experience and should not include another person's private information or unlawful content.

You retain your rights. A submission made for public display gives us a non-exclusive permission, without a licence fee, to store, format, and display it for that website purpose. This is the same limited permission described in our Intellectual Property Rights policy. Private support correspondence is not automatically licensed for public or advertising use.

We may moderate unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive submissions on reasonable grounds. A review is not removable solely because it expresses a genuine negative opinion.

SECTION 12 — PROHIBITED ACTIVITY

You must not use the store to commit fraud, impersonate another person, infringe rights, send unlawful harassment, introduce malicious software, interfere with security, or unlawfully collect personal information.

Automated access that disrupts the service or bypasses lawful access restrictions is prohibited. These limits do not prevent activity expressly allowed by law. We may investigate and take proportionate action against misuse.

SECTION 13 — PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our Privacy Policy identifies the store operator and describes collection, use, recipients, retention, and available choices. It controls explanations of our data practices where another website statement is inconsistent.

Agreeing to purchase does not automatically provide consent to optional marketing or tracking. Consent and other legal bases are handled as required by applicable privacy law.

SECTION 14 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Checkout, payment, delivery, and some website features involve external providers. Their terms can apply to services they provide directly to you. Review relevant notices before using an optional external service.

We do not control independent websites reached through external links. Their presence on our site does not alone mean endorsement. These provisions do not exclude Dewvella's responsibility for its own acts or obligations, including seller obligations carried out using service providers.

SECTION 15 — ERRORS AND WEBSITE INTERRUPTIONS

If we identify a material error in product, price, or order information, we will correct it and contact affected customers where appropriate. A material change to an accepted order requires your agreement unless the law permits another course. If an order is lawfully cancelled because of an error, any payment due back to you will be refunded.

Website access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. We cannot promise uninterrupted access. An interruption does not eliminate a right to contact us or claim a remedy for an existing purchase.

SECTION 16 — RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITS

Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by the contract and applicable law. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from your unlawful misuse of the website or for business losses from goods bought for personal consumer use.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, mandatory product liability, or any non-excludable guarantee or consumer remedy. We do not apply a blanket disclaimer to all product defects or shipping failures.

Where a proposed limitation is unlawful, the applicable law takes priority.

SECTION 17 — SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You may stop using the website at any time. We may restrict access for a material breach, unlawful conduct, or a genuine security risk, giving notice where appropriate and practicable.

Ending access does not remove accrued rights or obligations concerning payment, delivery, returns, refunds, privacy requests, or the handling of a dispute.

SECTION 18 — APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

The laws applicable to the operating company and the particular transaction govern the parties' rights and obligations. Mandatory protections available to a consumer under the applicable law of their place of residence remain effective.

You may contact support@dewvella.com about a dispute. Doing so does not prevent you from using a competent court, regulator, payment dispute process, or another legally available remedy. Any mandatory rules on jurisdiction take priority. These Terms do not require compulsory arbitration or waive access to remedies that the law protects.

SECTION 19 — UPDATES AND INTERPRETATION

We may update these Terms for future use and orders, indicating the revision date and giving additional notice where required. An update does not retrospectively reduce rights associated with an existing order without a lawful basis and any required agreement.

These Terms and the relevant order information and policies explain the shopping arrangements. They do not override an express promise forming part of your purchase or a mandatory legal right. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it in the future.
